Important Information

It is common knowledge that many people suffer from some sort of mental illness. Some people will tell
you it's something simple and doesn't really affect them, others will say their mental illness pretty much
effects everything that they do. It might even dictate every decision in their life.
This blog is going to focus on issues that I have personally dealt with, along with those I have been
researching, and different ways that people may cope with them. Some might sound a little crazy,
some you might have tried, and others might be something you want to look into.
IMPORTANT: I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL... AND THESE SHOULD NOT BE USED IN
PLACE OF PROPER MEDICAL TREATMENT!!!
If you have tried any of the things I've talked about, feel free to leave a comment about how it worked
with you. Also don't feel free to comment any other things you found helpful that you'd like me to look into.

Anything I post here is found through my research or something I personally do. You will not see any
bashing, bad mouthing or shooting down of any methods. What may work for some may not work for
you, but I want to explore as many options as possible!
